Qualifications

• High School diploma (or higher) preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/contact.
• Three to five years of custodial, facilities, or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a given budget allocation for labor and supplies.
• Evaluate equipment needs.
• Recruit, select, and train staff; maintain a safe and legal work environment; develop personal growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance to employees on performance.
• Maintain effective communications with client and facility personnel to meet contract requirements.
• Enforce quality and customer service standards; analyze and resolve issues; identify trends; propose improvements.
