Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of janitorial services across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain communication with clients.
• Manage budgets and monitor labor, supply, and equipment costs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns.
