Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking a Regional Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple sites in a designated region. You will drive quality, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional service within the Central U.S. area.

You will foster strong client relationships, streamline processes, and ensure safety, compliance, and cost control while maintaining service excellence across 30,000+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the facilities services industry.
• 3+ years of people and operational management experience.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• 50% travel required with potential for air travel.
• Experience with cleaning processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and accounts within a geographic region.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Develop and manage regional budgets for labor, supplies, and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff; evaluate performance.
• Ensure teams have necessary equipment and inventory; monitor maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet with facility managers to discuss issues and opportunities.
• Communicate company initiatives and directions to teams.
• Prioritize safety and health requirements.
