Job summary
Hilltop Residential, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio across Houston and Austin. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure resident experience and culture, and drive performance through strong financial oversight.
Responsibilities include coaching Community Directors and leasing staff, implementing cost controls, and coordinating with corporate strategy. Travel between markets is required; reports to the Regional Vice President.
Qualifications
- Proven multi-site multifamily PM experience with strong ops/financial results.
- Willing to travel regularly between Houston and Austin.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, revenue optimization.
- Leadership approach focused on developing people.
- Experience with property management software (OneSite/RealPage).
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multi-site Houston/Austin portfolio.
- Develop onsite teams; coach Community Directors and leasing staff.
- Drive financial performance through revenue maximization and cost control.
- Implement site-level operating and maintenance procedures.
- Bridge corporate strategy and field execution.
- Support growth and acquisition activity across both markets.
