Job summary

Temple Physicians Inc., part of Temple Health, seeks Regional Manager to provide extensive leadership and direction across 5-10 off-site practices. You will oversee operations, finance, quality, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with the operations team to implement strategies and ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor\'s degree and supervisory experience; 2 years in supervision and 5 years in physician relations or hospital administration preferred.

Shift

Provides extensive leadership and direction to specialty and primary care physician practices. This role is responsible for managing the operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance of 5-10 off-site medical practices. Works collaboratively with physicians, practice managers, office managers, staff, TPI leadership, and other support departments to ensure the successful operation of high quality, efficient office practices. This will include the oversight to the day-to-day operations and coordinating through and communicating with the rest of the operations team to ensure the practices are efficient as well as implementing and integrating the overall organizational strategies, policies and procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Required or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience

• 2 years experience in a supervisory role Required
• 5 years experience in physician relations, practice management and/or hospital administration Preferred
