Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for Orthopedics within the Temple Faculty Practice in Philadelphia. The role directs clinical care, develops policies, and oversees staffing, budget, and equipment in collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Directs the clinical care provided to patients in a department, division or unit.
• Develops evidenced based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure provision of quality patient care.
• Responsible for clinical staffing.
• Responsible for budget, control of expenses and maintenance of supplies/equipment in collaboration with practice managers, senior administrators and AVPs.
• Responsible for continuing development and education of clinical staff, performance improvement and human resource management.
• Supervises, evaluates, guides and counsels clinical staff in their work performance.
