Job summary

Temple Physicians Inc. in Ft Washington is seeking a Practice Manager (FT; 40hrs/wk) to direct day-to-day administrative activities of two or more physician practices. This role also covers office billing, vendor coordination, and ensuring policy compliance across the practice network.

The position manages staff scheduling, physician scheduling, medical records maintenance, and patient satisfaction/quality management, with emphasis on efficient operations within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3 years experience in physician practice management or hospital administration preferred.
