Job summary

Temple Physicians Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 5–10 off-site medical practices.

The role provides extensive leadership over operations, quality, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with physicians, practice managers, and support departments to ensure efficient, high-quality office practices. Your responsibilities include guiding day-to-day operations, implementing organizational policies, and aligning with Temple Health standards to drive performance and patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or combination of education and experience considered.
• 2 years supervisory experience required; 5 years in physician relations, practice management or hospital administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–10 off-site medical practices with extensive leadership and direction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high quality practices.
• Coordinate with physicians, managers, and the operations team to implement policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational strategies.

Shift

Provides extensive leadership and direction to specialty and primary care physician practices. This role is responsible for managing the operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance of 5-10 off-site medical practices. Works collaboratively with physicians, practice managers, office managers, staff, TPI leadership, and other support departments to ensure the successful operation of high quality, efficient office practices. This will include the oversight to the day-to-day operations and coordinating through and communicating with the rest of the operations team to ensure the practices are efficient as well as implementing and integrating the overall organizational strategies, policies and procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Required or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience

• 2 years experience in a supervisory role Required
• 5 years experience in physician relations, practice management and/or hospital administration Preferred
