Crew2 is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee daily operations across regions, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth. You will train and support managers, establish performance metrics, and ensure operational excellence in installation and customer partnerships.

The role emphasizes accountability for top-line and bottom-line results, cash management, and adherence to corporate governance while collaborating with leadership to meet strategic goals.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily operations of assigned product lines.
• Manage budgets and exceed P&L targets.
• Develop installation teams with labor, subcontractors, and partners.
• Recruit, hire, and train Production Managers.
• Grow revenue and customer base across regions.
• Exceed Home Depot Voice of Customer targets.
• Comply with SPRG and ethics requirements.
• Collaborate with COO and leadership; develop managers.
