POOLCORP is hiring a Regional Manager to oversee multiple operations from Buffalo to New England, driving sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will lead center managers, develop regional strategies and drive execution across assigned locations.

The role demands 7+ years in sales/operations management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to coach teams toward ambitious targets while managing budgets and regional plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a sales or operations management position for a multi-store company.
• Experience in industrial distribution, warehousing or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, coach, delegate and inspire in a clear, positive and effective manner.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent organization & time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance, direction and leadership to sales center managers and staff to meet revenue, profit, expense and asset goals.
• Coaches and motivates sales staff to achieve regional targets and center goals.
• Manages P&L progress, budgeting and forecasting for the region.
• Implements region marketing plans to achieve performance and market share objectives.
• Oversees assets, policies and procedures, and fleet operations.
• Supports the Division General Manager with strategic initiatives and budgeting inputs.
