Job summary

Hotwire Communications is seeking a Manager of Community Association Relations in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role focuses on building relationships with Property Management, HOAs, and boards to generate new sales opportunities and strengthen the company's regional presence.

You will support the Business Development team, promote product knowledge, attend industry events, and maintain Salesforce records while representing Hotwire in a professional capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing required.
• Certification in CMCA, AMS, PCAM or CFCAM preferred.
• Excellent selling and relationship-building skills.
• Strong client-relationship track record and customer service focus.
• Two-way communication skills—written, verbal and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships in the region to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals to aid the sales process.
• Promote brand awareness and product knowledge through facility tours and demonstrations.
• Identify promotional opportunities and collaborate with Marketing to create content.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure active market presence and proper representation.
