Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd. is seeking a Manager of Community Association Relations to drive new business within HOA, Property Management firms, and board-level contacts. You will cultivate relationships, promote Hotwire products, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to expand brand presence regionally.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing and 5+ years in community/property management, with CMCA/AMS/PCAM/CFCAM certification and proven networking excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• Certification in CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or CFCAM is required.
• Demonstrated success with essential functions and minimum 5 years’ experience in Community Management/Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships within the region to identify new business development opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals and leveraging those relationships to support the sales process.
• Promote brand awareness and product knowledge within the region by coordinating facility tours and product demonstrations.
• Identify promotional opportunities and work with Marketing/Public Relations to create content.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure Hotwire is engaged and represented in the market.
• Engage with target organizations to join committees and executive level seats.
• Research organizations to find new networking opportunities.
• Attend events to support regional sales goals.
• Use networking to generate leads for the Business Development Team.
• Update the Salesforce database with contacts and leads.
• Maintain knowledge of residential/commercial products.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
