Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Manager of Community Association Relations to support the regional Business Development team and convert current clients, property management companies, HOAs, and boards into new or expanded business opportunities.

You will cultivate relationships within homeowner associations and industry groups, coordinate product demonstrations, tours, and content with internal teams, and advocate Hotwire’s brand across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Certification in CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or CFCAM.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Community Management/Property Management.
• Strong selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships in the region to identify new business opportunities.
• Support Business Development by connecting with industry professionals to support the sales process.
• Promote brand awareness and product knowledge through facility tours and demonstrations.
• Identify promotional opportunities and coordinate with Marketing/Public Relations to create content.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure active engagement with organizations and market presence.
• Attend events like tradeshows, chambers, and associations to support regional sales goals.
• Update Salesforce with contacts and leads.
• Maintain knowledge of residential/commercial products.
• Other duties as assigned.
