The position offers a compensation of up to $120,000 per year and requires leadership experience in automotive repair, team mentoring, and strong communication. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• 5+ years in leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication, time management, and sales skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agile software-learning.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and inspire regional teams to achieve success.
• Coach and support field operations managers and teammates.
• Proactively recruit for long-term success.
• Strengthen vendor relationships and build partnerships in the region.
• Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet performance benchmarks.
• Align sales projections and capacity planning for workflow.
• Provide insights on marketing plans, sales and market growth.
• Perform quality control and inventory review of tools and fleet.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve field operations and goals.
• Be willing to learn new automotive technologies.
