Job summary

KidStrong Raleigh, Cary and Fuquay-Varina centers seek a Regional Manager to lead three KidStrong centers with accountability for P&L and top-quality classrooms. You will coach General Managers and staff, drive member experience, and own growth initiatives that keep every center performing at peak levels.

In this role you will balance profitability with program excellence, ensure consistent class quality across centers, and lead teams through coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Owns a P&L and is accountable for margin.
• Manages multiple centers and leaders.
• Genuine warmth with kids and parents in a children's business.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee three KidStrong centers to ensure consistent class quality.
• Directly manage General Managers and coaching staff, with coaching and feedback.
• Drive member experience, retention, and growth through smart leadership and people decisions.
• Own full P&L across three locations, monitor revenue, payroll, and costs.
• Lead growth initiatives: partnerships, local marketing, community events.
• Support expansion by preparing site readiness and profitability for new centers.
