Job summary

KidStrong Raleigh is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee three centers in the Triangle, ensuring curriculum fidelity, coaching quality, and a consistent member experience across Fuquay-Varina, Cary, and Raleigh. This role demands hands-on leadership, P&L accountability, and the ability to elevate operations.

You will hire and coach General Managers, drive revenue growth, manage retention, and build a bench so no single departure disrupts centers.

Qualifications

• Own three centers' P&L with accountability for margins and growth.
• Manage General Managers across three sites with performance coaching.
• Build warm, trustful relationships with kids and parents to sustain engagement.
• Be present during peak hours including nights and weekends to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum fidelity across all centers and ensure consistency of class quality.
• Hire, train, and coach General Managers; set expectations and scorecard metrics.
• Drive member retention, handle save conversations, and monitor cancellations.
• Lead growth initiatives: partnerships, community events, and local marketing that converts.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational standards across three locations.
• Plan expansion activities and ensure new centers achieve profitability quickly.
