Job summary

KidStrong Raleigh, Cary and Fuquay-Varina is seeking a Regional Manager to own three centers and drive standout performance. You will supervise General Managers, coach leaders, and ensure a consistently excellent KidStrong class each week.

You’ll be responsible for P&L, revenue growth, staffing, and expansion while upholding exceptional member experiences for families across the Triangle. Strong multi-site leadership and a passion for kids’ development are essential, with a willingness to work

Qualifications

• You have personally owned a P&L across multiple centers.
• You have managed multi-site operations and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L across three KidStrong centers and drive revenue growth.
• Hire, train, and coach General Managers; build a bench to cover departures.
• Maintain curriculum fidelity and ensure the same high-energy experience across all centers.
• Lead growth initiatives: partnerships, events, and local marketing that converts.
