Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or experience equivalent.
• Significant experience in drinking water and wastewater engineering, planning, or infrastructure delivery.
• Established relationships within Northeast Michigan.
• Experience leading complex municipal or utility projects from planning through delivery.
• Background working with public funding programs, regulatory agencies, and local decision-makers.
• Demonstrate competency in client management and engagement, project management, communication, financial management, and collaboration.
• Ability to travel 50%.
• Preference for Professional licensure (PE) and relevant certifications.
