Overview

Ocean Dental was founded in 1998 in Stillwater, OK. We believe payment should never dictate the availability of quality dental care. The practice manager is responsible for meeting financial performance and revenue growth goals while managing the operations of the practice and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include establishing systems and processes that result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement. The manager provides administrative support to all functioning areas, including front and back office.
