Holiday Inn Express and Suites is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to oversee multiple hotels, drive operational excellence, and elevate guest satisfaction. You will lead general managers, implement regional strategies, and ensure brand standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing multiple hotel properties, preferably with IHG and Marriott brands.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong financial acumen and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between properties and work flexible shifts including weekends.
