Job summary

Giant Oil is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple Evansville-area convenience stores. You will drive sales, profitability, and customer experience while coaching Store Managers and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, budgeting, KPI monitoring, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role requires travel within the region and a proven track record of multi-site leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit retail or related management experience.
• Proven track record leading multiple locations and driving sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

• Respond quickly to operational issues and provide solutions that support both employees and customers.
