Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas seeks an experienced HOA property manager leader to oversee luxury high-rise communities, mentor managers, and ensure compliance with standards.

You will use data analytics to drive decisions, coordinate with boards, and manage budgets while building strong client relationships. This role requires 7+ years of HOA management experience and bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure managers are trained on tools, resources, and SOPs.

• Occasionally fill in managing communities when needed.
• Review board meeting reports for compliance with APM standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that assigned managers are aware of and trained on the use of company tools, resources, and SOPs
• Assist in onboarding and set-up of new associations
• Act as an intermediary with owners/residents when complaints arise
• Lead and mentor assigned general/community managers
• Work with managers to identify and mitigate risks related to property operations
• Occasionally fill in managing communities in the absence of the general/community manager
• Review board meeting reports and ensure compliance with APM standards
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making
• Attend monthly and quarterly board meetings, vendor events, corporate offsites
• Effectively communicate the business vision and cultivate an engaged team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Analysis, and/or Management or another related field
• 7+ years of experience in HOA property management with experience managing luxury high rise HOA communities
• Proven track record of managing large and diverse portfolios
• Proven success leading, mentoring, and developing teams
• Strong client relationship and account management experience with Boards and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial reporting and maximizing property values
• Ability to resolve issues and achieve goals through diverse leadership teams
• Highly motivated, autonomous, outcome focused, committed to excellence and customer service
