Job summary

Associa in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HOA Manager to oversee single-family and condo associations. You will work autonomously, guiding Boards, managing finances, and coordinating vendors to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, strategic advisory to Boards, and hands-on project management for maintenance and improvements. You will interact with residents and Directors to sustain community quality and value.

Qualifications

• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions.
• Deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and residents.

Responsibilities
