Smile Doctors, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead multiple orthodontic practice locations. You will drive operations, staff development, and patient experience while aligning with company strategy.

This role requires building strong doctor relationships and delivering region-wide performance improvements. You will mentor teams, optimize staffing, and implement new initiatives across locations, visiting practices regularly to ensure consistency and quality in care and

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in a multi-unit leadership role.
• Experience in orthodontics/dental/healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with doctors across the region.
• Coach and develop team members at practices within the region.
• Serve as cultural leader and monitor team morale.
• Oversee location performance and operational metrics (daily/weekly/monthly/annual).
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling across practices.
