Smile Doctors is seeking a Community Relations Representative to build and maintain relationships with dentists, schools, and local organizations to drive patient referrals across our orthodontic offices. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing to plan campaigns, manage local budgets, and spearhead co-marketing events that raise brand visibility and referral activity.

• Develop, manage, and track local marketing budgets for each team/location.
• Host joint events and co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility and referrals.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, and school programs to boost brand awareness.
• Support clinics with grand openings, events, and promotional activities to attract new patients.
• Monitor local market trends and track referral activity in the CRM system.
• Distribute branded materials and manage inventory for events.
