Job summary

Smile Doctors in Ohio seeks a Community Relations Representative to build and maintain relationships with dentists, schools, churches and community organizations to drive referrals to our orthodontic offices.

You will collaborate with clinic teams to generate referrals and new patient exams, develop local marketing strategies, manage budgets, host events, and participate in health fairs to increase brand awareness and support practice growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in B2B sales, direct to consumer sales, field marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with sales or business software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists and community groups to grow referrals.
