Smile Doctors in Dallas, TX seeks a Market Manager to oversee 3–5 dental practice locations, drive patient satisfaction, optimize operations, and grow profitability. You’ll implement new initiatives, coach teams, and serve as a cultural leader across the region.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 2+ years in multi-unit management or 6+ months as a Smile Doctors Practice Director. Willingness to relocate is strongly preferred and competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Internal Candidate: Six months’ experience as Smile Doctors Practice Director.
• External Candidate: Two years’ experience as a multi-unit manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with doctors within the assigned region.
• Coach and develop team members; serve as cultural leader and monitor team morale.
• Manage region performance via budgets, P&L analysis, and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure adequate staffing and staffing levels; oversee practice location schedules and doctor coverage.
• Visit each location monthly and discuss with leadership to implement new initiatives.

Facilitates the implementation of new initiatives at assigned practice locations.
