Job summary

You will collaborate with regional leadership to align workforce capabilities with store operations, evaluate performance, and create effective training materials. This role requires 3+ years of experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading or training others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training of new Field Maintenance Technicians across tasks.
• Align with Regional Facilities leadership and support regional needs.
• Evaluate performance and determine training needs.
• Develop and deliver targeted training programs.
• Create development plans based on employee profiles.
• Plan Field Training Technician activities to follow the program.
• Create basic training materials.
• Serve as SME in at least one trade.
