Qualifications

• Carpentry skills and ability to perform repairs.

• Experience in housing maintenance preferred.
• CMRP certification is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Paint, remodel homes and perform minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Undertake pest control tasks as needed.
• General upkeep and grounds maintenance.
