This position is responsible for providing installation services for electronic security systems, ensuring all work complies with company standards, contract requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. The role aims to meet corporate targets such as revenue, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. NOTE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES 100% TRAVEL WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE PRIMARY REGION.

Major Job Activities

• Conduct inventory of materials
• Install conduit by cutting, bending, and mounting
• Demonstrate system use and provide basic user instructions
• Diagnose and resolve alarm system and network issues
• Enter data into various documents and platforms
• Install low voltage cabling and wiring
• Mount security devices and connect to panels
• Program security systems using software
• Perform project closeout activities including testing and documentation
• Provide status updates to customers and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Material & Equipment Used

• Proper use of PPE
• Adherence to safety procedures per OSHA and company standards
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Adobe, Vizio, TeamViewer, TerraTerm

Working Environment

• Willingness to work overtime
• Willingness to travel extensively

Physical Activities

• Lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver 100 lbs
• Work at heights up to 50 ft using ladders or lifts
