Job summary

Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will travel between property sites across the region, performing hands-on repairs and inspections to maintain safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities or skilled trades, with strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and drywall, and a valid driver’s license. Occasional evening/weekend calls may be required to ensure property readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities, property maintenance, or skilled trade experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train less experienced techs.
• Occasional evening/weekend calls may be required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for work.
• Criminal background or drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs across multiple sites.
• Turn vacant apartments (painting, cleaning, general upkeep) for new resident move-ins.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and assist with capital projects.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to ensure resident safety and code compliance.
