The Regional Maintenance Support Specialist supports multiple communities within the San Diego, CA region by providing advanced technical expertise, hands-on repair capability, and on-request supervisory support. This role ensures high-quality maintenance operations, strengthens team performance through training and leadership, and contributes to capital project success across the region. This role involves regular on-site visits to properties across San Diego County, so candidates should live within the region. To support travel, a monthly auto allowance is provided.

$78,120.00 - $87,360.00 This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
