At Chamberlin + Associates, we're building a culture of excellence, consistency, and pride within our Maintenance Department. We're seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor who views this role as a leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact.
This role involves overseeing maintenance operations across multiple properties, mentoring teams, and setting standards for maintenance excellence across the region.

What You'll Do
Lead with Vision: Manage multiple maintenance teams, providing clear direction, support, and consistency tailored to each property's needs.
Build Strong Teams: Collaborate with Regional Managers and site leaders to ensure teams are trained, motivated, and aligned with our culture of excellence.
Drive Results: Develop and execute maintenance plans addressing routine and urgent repairs while prioritizing safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Support and Solve: Address challenges confidently and calmly, serving as the go-to resource for complex issues and team support.
Partner with Vendors: Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure quality work meeting our standards.
Stay Organized and Compliant: Maintain accurate records and ensure maintenance practices adhere to all regulations and policies.
Champion Culture: Work with the Maintenance Training & Recruiting Manager to onboard new staff and reinforce company values and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of supervisory experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or related fields
Proven leadership managing multiple teams
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction)
Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident problem-solving approach
Commitment to company culture, standards, and shared success
Willingness to travel within the Valley and occasionally out-of-state
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
