Venterra Realty, headquartered in Houston, seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across multiple communities in the Houston region. You will guide Maintenance Managers, drive the Neighborhood Services Program, and safeguard budgets and safety standards.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident experiences, coordinating across teams, and optimizing resources for efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multisite maintenance leadership experience.
• HVAC & CPO certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Maintenance Operations teams across communities.
• Oversee Maintenance Managers with coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive Neighborhood Services and optimize resource allocation across sites.
• Assist in budgeting and expense management to protect profitability.
• Set and enforce maintenance service standards and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to align maintenance with property performance and resident satisfaction.
