Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two apartment communities in Baton Rouge, LA: Bellecour Crossings (328 units) and Cypress Way (246 units). The role requires prompt handling of work orders, coordination with contractors, and preventative maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.

The ideal candidate has HVAC/mechanical/plumbing/electrical experience, an EPA/HVAC certification, and at least 2 years in maintenance.

Qualifications

HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical experience preferred.
EPA/HVAC certification required.
2+ years of maintenance experience.
Drivers License and ability to drive to various properties.
Show legal documentation showing ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Respond timely to requests/work orders and ensure efficient problem resolution, and delegate as appropriate.
Preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landscapers to ensure well-run properties.
Ensure facilities and systems are in good working order (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior).
Ensure units are 100% ready for move-in (checklists, visits).
Update and maintain work orders in AppFolio.
Maintain clean properties by ensuring complexes are clear of trash and debris.
