Job summary

Envolve Community Management in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Spanish Arms Apartment Community. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of supervisory experience, HVAC and EPA licensing, and a proven ability to manage multifamily property maintenance, deliver high resident service, and lead a maintenance team.

You will direct staff, schedule service, order parts, and perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed.
• Own hand tools and ability to use specialized HVAC, plumbing & electrical tools.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment and tolerate emergency on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and order parts or schedule services as needed.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.
• Coordinate with residents and ensure exceptional service.
