Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems are in good order, preparing units for move-in, and maintaining the Apps/records in AppFolio. Must have HVAC experience and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience preferred
• EPA HVAC certification required
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software
• Legal ability to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders promptly and delegate tasks as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landscapers
• Maintain facilities and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting)
• Ensure units are move-in ready with checklists and site visits
• Maintain and update work orders in AppFolio
• Keep properties clean and well-maintained
