Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Area Maintenance Manager for its Pharmacy RME division in the Orlando region. You will lead maintenance teams, implement preventive programs, and coordinate with operations to ensure safety, efficiency and high service standards.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 4+ years in industrial maintenance, and 2+ years of leadership. Expect up to 80% domestic travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME full-time experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities across the region.
• Design and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs and coordinate external contractors.
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues with relevant teams.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance.
