Job summary

PillPack, LLC is seeking a Regional Area Maintenance Manager who will lead maintenance teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate operations and respond to emergencies while balancing proactive planning and real-time resolution.

You will travel up to 80% domestically to support regional operations and mentor technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work schedule includes weekends, nights, or holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure safety protocols during maintenance activities across the region.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs region-wide and coordinate external contractors.
• Monitor MHE metrics and collaborate to address system performance.

About The Role

As a Regional Area Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments in your region by leading dynamic maintenance teams that ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Key Job Responsibilities

• You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance
• You will ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities across your region
• You will design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs across your region that enhance operational efficiency, as well as manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high‑quality service standards
• You will monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with applicable teams to address system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations
• You will travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance within your region

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 2+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators
• Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
• Experience in project management
• Experience with statistical analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
