Job summary

Amazon's Regional Area Maintenance Manager in Charlotte, NC leads dynamic maintenance teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across the region. You’ll develop maintenance strategies, solve complex challenges, and drive preventative programs while coordinating with operations and external contractors.

The role requires 4+ years of industrial maintenance, 2+ years of leadership, CMMS experience, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
4+ years of industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
2+ years CMMS experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of service technicians and automation engineers, driving performance.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities across the region.
Design and implement preventative maintenance programs and coordinate external contractors.
Monitor MHE metrics and collaborate with teams to address performance issues.
