Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years Amazon RME FT experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities across the site.
• Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programmes to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues with the team.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance.
