Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience required.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering or 2+ years Amazon RME Full Time experience.
4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
2+ years of CMMS experience.
2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during maintenance across the region.
Design and implement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate external contractors.
Monitor MHE metrics and analyze system performance with relevant teams.
Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance.
