Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a large multifamily residential portfolio. You will set standards, coach technicians, supervise preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control while building scalable systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience, deep hands-on maintenance knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of residential property maintenance oversight across multiple properties.
• Hands-on maintenance knowledge to troubleshoot repairs.
• Proven leadership coaching and development of maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft 365.
• Experience vetting vendors, evaluating costs, budgeting.
• Ability to conduct safety meetings and technical training.

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance operations across a large multifamily residential portfolio.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and technical guidance.
• Oversee work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections.
• Develop and implement maintenance SOPs and training programs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and safety inspections.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and costs.
• Analyze maintenance trends and budgets to reduce costs.
