Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain exterior systems including roofing, fencing, and lighting.
• Manage work orders and track unit turns and scheduling.
• Provide on-call and emergency response as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and logs.
• Lead maintenance staff with training and workflow coordination.
• Monitor costs and budget within guidelines.
