Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager (East Coast) to oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities in CT, PA, and VA. You will lead maintenance teams, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, and support new distribution center start-ups.

The role requires extensive ammonia refrigeration experience, strong vendor management, and the ability to coordinate across locations. On-call coverage and travel across the region are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or facility systems.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems required.
• Proven ability to plan preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance requirements for facilities within the region.
• Lead start-up projects for new distribution centers, including travel and coordination.
• Inspections, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules per location.
• Guide local and regional maintenance teams and ensure priorities are met.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, vendors, and internal staff.
• Monitor conditions to prevent downtime and disruptions.
• Manage multiple vendors and ensure timely project completion.
• Remain available for on-call maintenance and emergencies.
• Travel to facilities across the assigned region as needed.
