Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead regional maintenance operations across multiple sites and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders.

You will oversee Maintenance Managers, develop preventive programs, manage budgets, drive ROI-based decisions on end-of-life equipment, and coordinate with operations to improve uptime and safety across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• 8+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 6+ years of leading multiple layer organizations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers across your region, fostering growth and performance excellence.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and manage regional budgets and capital spending plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maximize equipment uptime across all sites.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and partner with site leadership to enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to monitor, audit, and guide maintenance across the region.
