Job summary

Rango Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the performance, reliability, and lifecycle cost of a multi-site fleet of heavy equipment and light vehicles in Chandler, AZ.

You will lead maintenance superintendents and site teams, set strategy, and ensure safety compliance across the region. Reporting to area leadership, you will manage budgets, track KPIs, and drive a proactive preventive maintenance program while developing a strong maintenance workforce to support rapid expansion and

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of maintenance cost within a P&L.
• Experience managing heavy equipment and light vehicle maintenance across multiple sites.
• Strong English communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance cost against the area P&L and forecast budgets.
• Ensure equipment availability and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs across fleets.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams across sites.
