Job summary

Rango Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across multiple sites in Arizona. You will own the maintenance cost, budget, and area P&L while driving equipment availability and disciplined PM programs.

This role requires building strong maintenance teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety compliance across sites. The role demands leadership experience, proficiency with CMMS and MSHA/OSHA standards, and willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of maintenance leadership experience.
Proven ownership of maintenance cost within a P&L and budgeting.
Experience managing multi-site heavy equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of MSHA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

Own maintenance cost against area P&L and manage parts and labor spend.
Develop and enforce a disciplined preventive maintenance program across fleets.
Track KPIs like availability, MTBF, PM compliance, downtime, and cost per operating hour.
Build and develop maintenance teams across sites and grow bench strength.
Coordinate vendor, dealer, and supplier relationships, including service agreements and pricing.
