Job summary

MRK Partners is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in MD/VA. The role includes mentoring supervisors, coordinating repairs, and ensuring preventive maintenance to sustain high property standards.

Responsibilities include on-call emergency response, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety policies are followed. Requires HVAC and EPA certifications, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• HVAC certification required.
• EPA certification required.
• Must be able to read/speak English.
• Minimum 7 years maintenance/construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Respond to on-call emergencies on evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and systems; manage contractors for quality outcomes.
• Promote safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
