Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering team in Phoenix is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a diverse team of service technicians and automation engineers. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
2+ years of CMMS experience.
2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to service technicians and automation engineers.
Ensure strict safety protocol adherence during maintenance.
Design and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate external contractors while maintaining service quality.
